Hawaiian Ahi Poke Recipe
- One pound Ahi Tuna (Sushi Grade)
- One Teaspoon Sesame Oil
- One Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- Two ounces sliced Scallion
- One Tablespoon chopped Ginger
- One Tablespoon chopped Garlic
- Two ounces Maui Onion slices Thin
- Chili flake to taste depending on how much spice you desire
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
1. Small dice Ahi Tuna and keep separate until ready to serve
2. Mix the rest of ingredients
3. Take wonton skins and deep fry until golden brown
4. Mix Ahi Tuna and place on wontons
5. Garnish with Julienne scallion on Top, we used Wasabi Caviar
